SOLAR CEREAL DRYER

My post contentIt’s a Solar dryer which absorbs heat from the sun and circulated by air flow through the vents for drying of varieties food stuffs.
Specs of the unit
1. its build from steel plates which is fully insulted with 20mm thick rigid mineral wool insulation sheets with specs:Temperature range 0° to 1200° F and Density 8 lbs./cu.ft to avoid heat loss and to maximize dying/smoking rate
2. The unit can also be fueled with fire or trapped heat from the sun with help of a 8mm glass and a heat absorbing plate for smoking/drying during climate change or when required
3. 2000mm x 900mm drying chamber with with 13 trays with 100mm intervals respectively
4. 3 heat absorbing chambers with dimensions 1500mm x 850mm and 1500mm x 550mm (2x) for maximum heat absorption with vents for air intake and circulations
5. Easy to assemble, transport and replace damage parts such as glass, hinges, plastic seals and latches
6. Corrosion free, stable and environmental friendly
7. fabrication process includes laser cutting, sheet metal bending, welding, spot welds, rivets and press fit nuts
